Directly integrated into MarksmanLMP, the Communication Package features a Click-to-Dial system, allowing loan officers to call leads directly from their desktop via their MarksmanLMP account. Lead details are shown to the loan officer via a dynamic pop-up window and automatically transferred to the user’s MarksmanLMP account upon capture. Designed to mimic a call center environment, managers can set up call routing, lead assignment and transfer rules, and even monitor live phone calls to help track performance and production. The system also integrates easily with Marksman’s Bulletin Board. All that is needed is a phone line and an internet connection to refine your lead communication tools.
